Our Firearms Safety/Familiarization Class is designed to fit the requirements of the State of Florida for your Concealed Carry Permit.  We also answer any questions you might have about acquiring a Concealed Carry Permit.  We provide the permit applications.  The cost of the state permit and any associated fees are not included in our price.  This class is given in two parts, a classroom section of about 3-4 hours and about 3-4 hours on the range.  The cost is $150.  Included in this price are range fees and ammunition.

If you have attended the Personal Safety Class prior to the Firearms Class, contact us about a discount for the Firearms portion.  We highly recommend you attend both the Personal Safety Class and the Firearms Class in order to cover all force options available to you as a citizen.

We cover use of force issues, including lethal force and the mindset involved in using deadly force.  We cover selection of the right firearm for your purposes and issues involving firearms safety, traveling with firearms, concealed carry issues and proper holster selection.

We will provide you with simulated firearms that fire plastic bullets and place you in scenarios where you will need to exercise a force option against an instructor/role player.  This is very similar to the same training law enforcement officers get and better than many go through.   Don't worry, you'll always win.

You will get basic instruction in the safe handling of the firearm, proper loading, malfunction drills, drawing techniques and a host of other lessons.  If you don't have a firearm, we will provide you with one.  We provide the ammunition for the class.

We will begin to offer more advanced firearms training classes in due time.  If you are interested in attending a more advanced tactical shooting class that includes tactical use of lights, use of cover, reloading, moving and shooting, position shooting and many others, send us an e-mail with your request and we will notify you when we put something together.
